NEN 2767 inspection app
A mobile app for condition assessments with defect catalogues, photos and scoring according to NEN 2767, usable offline in plant rooms and on roofs. Inspectors record the score, and the results sync to the asset register.
Maintenance planning tool
An internal tool that turns condition scores, asset ages and budgets into a multi-year maintenance plan with scenarios. Asset managers adjust priorities and export the plan to your FMIS.
Technician knowledge assistant
Technicians ask questions about installations, error codes and procedures and get answers from manuals, as-built drawings and past work orders, with sources. It answers on a phone in the field.
Subcontractor quote and invoice checks
Quotes and invoices are read and compared with framework rates, contract scope and SLA terms, and deviations are listed for the contract manager. Nothing is paid or disputed without their approval.
Building data pipeline
Alarms and meter readings from building management systems, plus occupancy sensor data, collected in one data model for energy reporting and condition-based maintenance. The BMS keeps control of the installations.

Inspection apps and plans follow the NEN 2767 scoring method, so condition data stays comparable between inspectors and over time.

Energy saving obligation and reporting
Organisations above the energy use thresholds must take cost-effective saving measures and report on them. We structure meter and measure data so that reporting draws on evidence.

Common questions
Yes. Both provide APIs for work orders, assets and locations. We connect through those and keep the FMIS as the system of record for your maintenance data.
Yes, through BACnet gateways, the BMS supplier's API or exported logs. We only read data for reporting and maintenance planning, and changes to installation settings stay with your installer and the BMS.
No. The assistant accepts voice and photos, such as a picture of an error display, and answers briefly with a link to the full procedure.
Yes. Contract rules, SLAs and rates are set per client, and data is separated per client so each only sees their own buildings and reports.
