Client onboarding integrations
A connector per platform, such as Shopify, Magento, bol.com, Amazon or a common ERP, built once and reused for every client on that platform, and mapped to your WMS through one integration layer. New clients go live on configuration work, and your IT team reviews each mapping before it runs.
Inbound document matching
Packing lists, delivery notes and supplier ASNs are read and matched against purchase orders, with differences shown to the receiving lead before goods are booked in. Discrepancies go to the client with the evidence attached.
Labour and volume planning tool
An internal planning tool that combines WMS history, client forecasts and seasonal patterns into an expected workload per shift and zone. Shift leads adjust the plan and book staff from it.
Client and carrier service inbox
Questions about stock levels, order status and returns are answered from live WMS data, with drafts placed in the shared inbox for account managers to check. Damage claims and billing disputes always go to a person.
Operational data pipeline
Pick, pack and dock events from the WMS, scanners and automation equipment land in one warehouse data model for billing, client reporting and KPIs. Finance invoices storage and handling from the same numbers operations sees.

Customs warehousing under the Union Customs Code
For bonded and customs warehouses, stock movements keep the audit trail customs expects, and automation never changes a customs status without a person confirming.
Dangerous goods storage (PGS 15 and ADR)
Hazardous items keep their classification through every integration, and location and segregation rules stay enforced in the WMS itself.
GDPR and workforce monitoring
Productivity data about staff is personal data. We design reports around aggregates where possible and support the works council consent that tracking tools usually need in the Netherlands.

Retail and pharma clients ask for evidence of access control and data separation between customers. We build to ISO 27001-aligned practices and document it for those audits.

Rarely. A WMS such as Manhattan, Blue Yonder or Boltrics usually does its core job well, so we build the integrations and tools around it. If a custom module is the better route for a specific process, we compare it with configuring your WMS first.
Yes, where the equipment or its control software exposes events through an API, database or message queue. We read that data for planning and reporting and leave the control of conveyors, shuttles and robots to their own systems.
Yes. We integrate through Business Central APIs and extensions, and agree with your Boltrics partner which changes belong in their configuration and which in our integration layer.
That depends on the platform and how clean the client's data is. A first connector takes longer because it sets up the monitoring and mapping pattern, and later clients on the same platform go much faster.
